Weston spring sports teams claimed three state championships, capping an exceptional postseason run, the School Committee learned Monday.

WESTON -- The Weston School Committee heard at its June 15 meeting that the just-concluded spring sports season produced three state championships — boys outdoor track, boys tennis, and crew — along with six Dual County League Foley Division championships, one state runner-up finish, three Final Four appearances, and 10 of 11 spring programs qualifying for state tournament or postseason competition.

Superintendent Dr. Zalewski described it as "an exceptional season and one that few schools in Massachusetts can match."

TOWN -- The Weston Recreation Department has announced its 2026 Summer Concert Series, sponsored by Eastern Bank, with the first concert scheduled for Wednesday, June 24. Memorial Pool memberships, summer camp information, and pickleball and tennis court reservations are available through the department's website.
